Vadim Barabash has a successful track record for initiating, developing and executing a wide variety of international projects. Since 1995, Mr. Barabash has been the Executive Manager for International Operations for the MOST General Contracting Company. In addition to his engineering and project management expertise, Mr. Barabash has extensive knowledge of foreign negotiation, investing and tax management.

Mr. Barabash is a graduate of the Khabarovsk Institute of Railway Engineering, and is fluent in English and Russian.
